Yes! All our products are vegan. None of our products contains any animal-derived ingredients, honey or beeswax.
No. It is illegal in the UK and Europe to test finished products on animals, and we don’t do it. The brand is cruelty free.
We currently do not use palm oil as an ingredient of any of our products.
All our products have been clinically tested under control of a dermatologist . They all passed with the conclusion of being safe and suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin with no reaction of irritation. Tests have been run by an independent laboratory.
All our products are formulated to be suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, dehydrated, and oily complexion. Please refer to products page for more information about a specific product.
Each product has its own PAO – period-after-opening date in which the product should be used. The time is indicated in months and can be found inside or alongside a symbol of an open cream jar printed on the packaging. Please refer to your specific product’s PAO to ensure you get the most use of your products.
At the moment, we do not offer samples for our skincare products. We are happy and available to answer all your questions and help you choose the products that suits you best.
Go to your favourite product’s page. In most cases, we have added an option to set up an alert for your desired product. subscribe to receive an email notification when the product is back in stock by clicking on “Notify me”. You can also subscribe to our newsletter and check out our social networks for updates on sold out products being available again.

You can create an Inur customer account by clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen, click on “Create Account”, and then fill the form with your personal information. Creating your Inur customer account will only take a few seconds.
You can choose to change/reset your Inur account password at any time. Click on the profile icon at the top right of the screen, then on “Forgotten Password”. You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password.
At the bottom of any page, you can enter your email in the “Subscribe to the newsletter” box, then hit the “Go” button and you will be immediately all set!
After you log-in into your personal account you can manage your membership information by clicking on “edit”.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift cards.
order, returns & refunds
In the case you have not received a confirmation email we suggest you check on your bank account if you have been charged. Sometimes it happens that the payment is unsuccessful, and the order is not validated.
- If you have been charged, we recommend you check your spam/junk emails as it might be that your confirmation email is there.
- If you still have not received the email, it may be that the information entered was wrong or there was a typo on the email address. In this case, we invite you to write us at care@inurbeauty.com so we can verify and send again your confirmation email.
You can find all the invoices of your order history in your personal account, in the “My invoices” section.
If you would like to make a return, please contact our customer service at care@inurbeauty.com . To facilitate the process, remember to give us your order number, the list of products you wish to return, and the reason for returning them. We will then email you a return label for you to return your items to us. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
Your package will be returned by the same carrier as the one you selected for your shipment. In all cases, we recommend you keep your proof of deposit to make sure you will be able to be refunded even in the event of an incident occurring with your package.
You have 30 days to make any returns from the date of purchase. Please notify us by email within 7 working days from delivery, so that we can give you instructions on how to return your goods.
At the moment, we do not offer order cancelations after an order has been placed. If any of the information entered is incorrect, we invite you to write us at care@inurbeauty.com as soon as possible so that we can amend it for you.
You can check your order history in your personal account, in the “Order History” section.
We will accept return and issue a refund as long as we are satisfied that the product is in re-sellable conditions and all the seals remain in place. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us at care@inurbeauty.com so that we can help you with your query.
We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived yet. Please note that due to Covid-19 impact, it may take longer for our products to be delivered due to local postal systems.
Please kindly contact our customer service team at care@inurbeauty.com in case you have not received your parcel after two weeks from the shipping date, so that we can help you manage your query.

We will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned product(s). The refund will be made using the same method of payment that was used at the time of purchase.
Yes. We are happy to hear that you have choose our products for a special gift! You will be able to add a gift note in the section “Add note” in the order summary step, before entering the payment information.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift receipt or gift wrapping.

If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please send us an email as soon as you receive your confirmation email at care@inurbeauty.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we can modify it for you. Otherwise, our customer service team will contact you to find the most suitable solution for you.
Once your parcel has been shipped and taken by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. In the shipping confirmation email you can find the tracking number which will allow you to track your parcel directly on the site of the carrier.If you have a Inur customer account, you will also be able to find the tracking number in “My orders” section.
At the moment, we only ship to the United Kingdom. But we are working hard to make sure we can expand our shipping area in a short time.
During weekdays we ship your parcels within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation of your order. If you place an order on the weekend or during public holiday, your parcel will be dispatched within the next two working days.
Please note that due to the effects of Covid-19 we might experience some delays during the dispatch and shipping process.
In case the address you provided was incomplete, or of your parcel was damaged during the transport, it may be automatically returned to us. In this case, please contact us at care@inurbeauty.com so that we can send you a new package as soon as possible.
payment methods & discount
On Inur website you can choose to purchase our products through several methods of payment:
- Via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express)
- Via ApplePay, GooglePay
- Via PayPal, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay
However, we do not currently accept payments in several instalments.
Unfortunately, our offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other. If you have a discount code, it will need to be used on a separate occasion if there is already a site-wide promotion in action.
Inur offers all first-time buyers 10% off their first order when you sign up for our mailing list located at the bottom of our website. You’ll be emailed a confirmation link from us to click, resulting in a 10% off code emailed to you within 48 hours. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders! Sign up to our mailing list located at the bottom of our website to receive exclusive promotions and discounts!

We do not currently offer any NHS or Student discounts.
You can add your discount code or your e-gift card code when entering the payment method. After completing with all of your personal and shipping information, you will find a summary of your order followed by a box, add your discount or gift card code, then hit the “Apply” button. Your total will be automatically calculated, and you can then proceed with the payment information.
