- Operation valid for any dissatisfaction with Renew Sleeping Mask, for any first purchase of the product, within 30 days after the date of purchase.
- You will need to arrange (at your own cost) the return of your Renew Sleeping Mask to the address provided by our Customer Service Team.
- Shipping cost is not refundable.
- We will refund the full purchase price within 30 days upon receipt of your item.
- All refunds will be made to the payment method used during your original purchase unless this is not possible under your payment provider’s terms and conditions.
- We can only refund requests for those orders sent back with a fully completed online return form.
- Return must be approved by Customer Service Team (do not send back to the address on your package).
- Our Customer Service Team will take care of your request and send you a return label by email within a maximum of 5 working days.
- Please note we can only accept back Renew Sleeping Masks that were directly purchased through inurbeauty.com.
- Inur Beauty reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
