How should I complete my routine with nutrition tips?

To have a skin without imperfections, it would be good to avoid a diet that is too fatty and too rich in sugar.
It is important to provide the necessary micronutrients for the proper functioning of your skin cells: fruits, vegetables, legumes shall be preferred. To allow cell membranes to carry out inter-cell exchanges: vegetable oils, oilseeds, seeds are important. And of course, it is essential to have a correct daily water intake (1.5 litres of water).
